As Springfield Florists Supply has continued to grow over the past century, so have the needs of both our business and our customers. While our team has always worked hard to provide the best service possible, we’re excited to announce a major investment in the future of SFS and in your experience with us.
Beginning this July, our team will be training on a brand new Business Management System that will serve as the foundation for everything we do. From purchasing and sales to inventory management, shipping, accounting, and more, this system will help us operate more efficiently and serve you better than ever before.
Even more exciting, this transition includes the launch of a completely redesigned Web Shop that will become your one stop destination for all things Springfield. With a cleaner look, improved navigation, enhanced features, and a more user friendly purchasing experience, sourcing flowers and supplies will be simpler, faster, and more stress free than ever.
We’ve spent the last year working behind the scenes to prepare for this exciting step forward, and we’re thrilled to finally begin sharing it with you.
Over the next 10 weeks, our team will be completing training and preparing for the transition. During this time, there may be occasional adjustments to operating hours or service schedules. If any changes affect our customers, we’ll be sure to communicate them well in advance.
