05/21/2026 – Introducing Minami Carnations! A new product added to our weekly inventory.
Each week we get to offer a different mix of these gorgeous blooms. Minami carnations are a bit different than your typical carnation, as they are a Japanese variety with a mix of tones in each stem. Important to note – these varieties come in a bunch of 10, unlike standard carnations that come in bunches of 25.
We’ve fallen in love with them & know you have too, so we’re excited to offer these on a routine basis!
04.26.2026 – Hanging amaranthus has quickly become a champion of wedding season – and for good reason! With its flowing, cascading texture and dramatic presence, it has become a go to choice for designers looking to elevate their designs. At SFS, we offer this highly sought after bloom as part of our regular inventory throughout the season.
We routinely stock hanging amaranthus in green, burgundy, and brown. Because of its popularity during peak wedding months, we always recommend placing orders in advance to secure the quantities you need. Stop by the cooler or reach out to our team to reserve your stems—this seasonal favorite moves quickly!
10/8/25 – As the days grow shorter and the nights turn colder, we pause to celebrate one of our favorite seasonal blooms: Dahlias! Their season never feels long enough, but the beauty they bring leaves an everlasting impact year after year. Sad, we know… but here’s the good news, they aren’t gone yet! Be sure to grab yours while you still can.

How do I open a Wholesale Account?
Partnering with Springfield Florist Supplies means access to premium products, competitive pricing, and services tailored to wholesale buyers like you. Check out the guidelines below to see if you qualify and take the first step toward joining our network of floral professionals.
Our goal is to offer superior products, exceptional service, and the expertise of our experienced sales team to help grow your business.
As a wholesale distributor, we open accounts exclusively for registered businesses or individuals who hold a valid, state-issued resale certificate and are actively engaged in the purchase and resale of fresh cut flowers and/or floral supplies. Customers must maintain a minimum purchase volume of $4,000 annually or $250 per month. All accounts are subject to annual review.
Qualifying businesses that do not submit a valid resale certificate will be subject to sales tax on all purchases.
- All accounts are C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) – Springfield Florists Supply does not extend lines of credit. A valid credit card must be maintained on file at all times and may be used for payment of invoices. While you may choose an alternate form of payment at checkout, a card on file is still required for all accounts.

Pricing Structure – All approved wholesale customers receive access to exclusive pricing. Within this tier, pricing levels are further adjusted based on purchase volume and frequency, rewarding customers who buy regularly and in larger quantities. Our pricing structure is designed to fairly reflect each customer’s level of engagement and investment.
Delivery Qualifications:
- Location within the service area of established delivery routes
- Minimum order value of $150 per delivery
- Provision of adequate access to the designated delivery location
Payment Terms – Unless otherwise specified at the time of delivery, the card on file will be used as the primary method of payment for deliveries.
Delivery Schedule – Springfield Florists Supply delivers three (3) days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Service areas include Western Massachusetts, Connecticut, Southern Vermont, and extend west to Saratoga Springs, New York.
Delivery Window – Deliveries are conducted between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Specific delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on route scheduling, geographic location, and daily delivery volume.
Access Requirements – Customers are required to provide secure and reliable access to their delivery location. Springfield Florists Supply will provide an SFS-issued lockbox where applicable. In the event a lockbox is not feasible, customers must arrange an alternative method of access acceptable to SFS.
We offer three online purchasing platforms, each designed to support different sourcing needs:
SFS WebShop – Shop products currently in stock at our physical location, with real-time inventory updates to ensure accurate availability.
CFT WebShop (Cut Flower Trader) – Connect directly with the farms we source from, allowing you to purchase fresh flowers by the box straight from the source. Ideal for high-volume items at highly competitive pricing.
HOLEX WebShop – Access the Dutch Flower Market to source premium quality flowers from international markets, including varieties we may not regularly stock in our warehouse.
Login credentials for the SFS WebShop will be provided once your account is set up. Access to CFT and HOLEX can be requested.
